Usage overage

The only usage-based charge is AI credits. If your organisation exceeds the monthly credit allowance included in your plan, additional credits are billed as metered overage at a usage-based rate. All other plan limits (hosts, retention) are fixed at your chosen tier.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a 'host'?: A host is any physical or virtual machine running the OpsGuardian agent — including VMs, bare-metal servers, and Kubernetes nodes. Containers on a node don't count as separate hosts.
Can I switch plans mid-month?: Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle so you don't lose access to data you've collected.
What happens to my data if I cancel?: You have 30 days after cancellation to export your data. After that, it's purged from our systems in accordance with our Data Retention Policy and DPA.
Do AI credits roll over?: No. Unused credits reset at the start of each billing month. If you're regularly hitting the limit, upgrading to the next plan is usually the most cost-effective option.
Is the 14-day trial fully featured?: Yes. The trial runs on whichever plan you select with no feature restrictions. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?: Yes — 20% off the monthly price when billed annually. Contact us for a quote if you want to switch an existing subscription.
Is pricing in EUR only?: Currently, yes. EUR is the billing currency for all plans. If you need invoicing in another currency, contact us to discuss enterprise arrangements.
